We use a non-invasive Trotec T2000 Surface Moisture Meter to detect the presence of moisture. Our reports are comprehensive and easy to read with photographs supplied. Reports are written to NZS 4306:2005 standard.

We understand you are on a tight time frame when purchasing a property so all our reports are completed on the same day as the inspection. A copy is available to be emailed to you the same day with a hard copy of the report sent to you the next working day.
